We were outbid on the first two houses due to the wild market, but we got it right on the 3rd house. He was able to negotiate some money back due to repairable issues with the house. He had good contacts for inspection, and also handymen, etc. He worked with us through the whole process and helped us get what we wanted. He also helped us find a realtor for our Texas home sale. His skill in negotiating price and terms for contracts is why I would use his services again.
